Xuchang has sent 41 medical professionals on February 15 to help combat coronavirus outbreak in Wuhan. The medics, were called up in just two hours before departure. Most of them were from respiratory and critical care departments at senior-level hospitals in Xuchang. The medics brought medical supplies, including face masks and protective gear, with them and were expected to stay in the quarantine zone in central China's Wuhan for some days.
