On 7 December, Xuchang Municipal People’s Government has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Linde Grop and Parchim International Airport.

Pang Yuliang, an entrepreneur from central China's Henan Province. Pang's Zhengzhou-based logistics company, Linde Group, whose English name is LinkGlobal Logistics Co., has obtained the permanent ownership right to use the German Parchim Airport and all the accessories near the airport in 2007 at the cost of one billion yuan.

Parchim Airport was built in Schwerin city in Germany. The airport with its advanced equipment can be used to land all kinds of civil planes, including A380, the largest passenger plane in the world. Aeroplanes taking off from Parchim Airport can reach most of the large airports in Europe within two hours’ flight. Henan Linde Group have set up a bonded economic area in and near the Parchim Airport to promote economic cooperation between Europe and Henan.

Wu Guoding, Party secretary of Xuchang CPC, has talked about cooperative projects with Pang Luliang and authorities from Parchim International Airport. The three sides has greed to build up Xuchang Parchim Free Trade Zone, China-Europe Cross-border Economic and Trade Park in the future, aiming to extending business to Europe.
